Thanks for the comments. The machine does have a spring and the oil is staying in the reservoir. I am not sure about the blade number but i believe it is original equipment, with some minor tweaks. Last night I ran the tractor for a short time and it lifted the blade slowly two or three times then nothing. I'm going to take some weight off the blade to run a test and go from their.
Has any one heard of bleeding the hydraulic lines after changing the oil?
