most likely its going to be really frozen... so what we do is spray the heck out of it with pb blaster or the like. after put a 8 to 12 ton jack on the top of the axel with a pice of channel iron as a spacer between the sides. once you get both sides off clean them up really well dont forget the inside of the tube, then never-sieze the pices and move them in. thats the only way we have been able to get them to move in is by going out first.
