I don't think it's fuel restriction, I used most of a can of carb cleaner and plenty of soaking when I did the rebuild. It only happens at half throttle under a fairly light load. Runs fine at idle, and when the throttle is wide open pulling hard (uphill, etc) it runs smooth and strong.
It acts more like it's flooding or getting too rich when the main jet is starting to take over from idle.
