Havng a little problem getting my H to run. 1st off I had to replace the wire between the condenser and the Points because it had shorted through the insulation. 2nd I tried to time the tractor according to the IT manual section 182. The problem is the magneto trips as soon as #1 comes TDC. I have gotten the motor to "run" for a few seconds but it sounded like it was firing on only one cylinder. Tried to swap plug wires but all I get is white smoke or back fires/flames in the exhaust.
What am I doing wrong? Sorry for the long post and Thanks for the help.
