Are you talking 340 Utility or 340 Farmall for the front wheels ? On the Utility version the white would be correct and it would have white rears as well with silver rims, but if it`s the Farmall, then it should have red wheels front and rear with silver rims on rear.Also they changed to black dash in 1960 or 61.
