I didn't think I was going to need anymore hydraulics as the pivots on the arms are connected with a keyed torsion bar running underneath the bolster. The fast hitch has performed well with low hanging loads.
As for the rain cap, that tractor rarely ever gets wet and there is no need for a cap. But the cap was handy the other day and it fit. It works quite well. It is tall enough so that it doesn't block the exhaust and the two slits along the sides let the exhaust out.
