Personnally I would not bid more than what I could resell for parts in case it is worse than you thought - I.E. engine. Looks like the tires are gone, and I have a C that needs tires, and I am not looking forward to replacing those. From what I find 11.2-36 tires are hard to come by used, and expensive new. I have not priced, but you could easily put $800-$900 in rear tires only. With fronts you will be close to $1000. My C runs fine, I put on new fronts last year, and rebuilt the touch control. Looks somewhat strange with new paint on the touch control, and rust on the rest, but it is a working tractor. Good Luck.
