I got adjustable front wheels because I couldn't find the older clamp style, which is what I really wanted. Turns out, my local tractor junk yard has a whole area across the highway from them that I never knew about!! They've got tons of MDs, and 1 or 2 H's. I found remenants of an H wide front with the clamp style wheels on it! WOO HOO! They are going to pull them and come up with a reasonable price for them, or if they will trade me for my adjustables (which are in better condition)
Looking at these wheels, do you think they can be restored to show quality? I haven't tackled this much rough rust yet, so I am worried.
