Since your exhaust has had a hole come into it, it is obviously eaten up in other places that have yet to appear. Your best bet and for a long term solution is to replace the manifold with an aftermarket unit. Shoup (1-800-627-6137) has the intake/exhaust manifold in their catalog for $148.95. They also offer the gasket at $6.59. This should include shipping but needs to be verified.
