460 parts will NOT work. The bell housing on a 460 is smaller, and matches the H/300/350.
Swapping the engine front plates would make mounting the engine in a tractor easier but you will lose the provision for the hydraulic pump that the combine uses. That series engine used in tractors all had transmission driven hydraulics so there is no other easy choice for the pump.
The 460 frame rails and rear plate should be the same as the 560 and 660. The bell housing is smaller but that is only after the split. From the H through the 350 that size tractor used an 18 inch wide frame. Although the 460 replace the 350 in the series, the frame width was changed to match the larger tractors so they all shared the 20 inch width. The width of the bell housing does indeed match that of the 300/350, but only behind the flywheel. The front of the housing is two inches wider.
The clutch on the back of the engine on the combine is the separator clutch. It is an over center type. If the combine is hydrostatic drive there is no other clutch. If it is gear drive the transmission clutch is down at the transmission.
