I was with a tractor bud today, and he just grabbed it and used an 'L' piece of iron. He gave it gentle, even force. I tweaked out the final part. It's not 100% square, but it's a LOT better than it was. Then I cleaned up the neck and the valve on my wire wheel. I've got the bolts and nuts for it, I just need to get the right sized washer and I'll get it attached so we can build a fuel line for it.
