Bill: With the shock disconnected swing the seat frame over, you will see a hole about 1/4" or perhaps 3/8" in size. Drill down through the hole and into the metal center piece inside. Then, insert and hold a good size punch down into the hole you drilled into the center piece. That will keep the internal center piece from spinning when you back out on the bolt.
