Deno,
I have suggestions for a couple of interesting projects you could make with your reversed SM with the cotton picker operators platform. Either make a BIG zero turn mower or make a heavy duty brush cutter. To make the zero turn mower you need to purchase a pto for the tractor and a multi blade mower deck at least as wide or wider than the wheel track of the tractor. To make the HD brush cutter purchase a very heavy duty five or six foot bush hog type cutter. For either project build the hitch to utilize the cotton picker rockshaft for lift and the lower radius rod to adjust the mower. Also be sure to include an overrunning clutch as your tractor does not have a live pto. With the single guide wheel the unit will handle almost zero turn and whatever you are cutting will be visable in front of you rather than behind you. Just a suggestion.
