I can't really answer your question, but I have looked at parts on the CaseIH web site, and no C113-C135 carburetor has a number that high, not that it wasn't changed (IH did that). The R series of numbers were not used on the A and B, that was a later designation. It may only need a good cleaning, or it may be for some other tractor. Most of the A-up gas carbs did not have a main jet adjustment, although it could be added. If it has one, with engine warm at WOT, turn in until the engine runs rough, out until smooth plus 1/4-1/2 turn, same with the idle mixture. Or perhaps the float is out of adjustment or sitcking. Try cleaning it first if no one else has an answer.
