How much is it worth? Well, that's up to you. Material, plus the labor to build it. Then you have to put together instructions, pack it so it doesn't get damaged, etc etc. That's all worth time and money. As it sits, with nothing going on underneath, I would honestly say it would price somewhere around $300-400. If you incorporated a desk, or play chest and play area, complete with lights, then I would say $600-800.
But you are also going to be trying to sell to a small niche. If you are honestly wanting to make money from the deal, I would break out the JD green and yellow. But you're going to have to contact legal departments from both companies, who may shut you down before you start.
If you are just selling to friends, you can just keep it quiet.
