To start with touch control under the seat will probably lift 300 lbs. max. A Saginaw will lift 1,000 lbs.
If you want a good hitch that will lift up to 1,000 lbs., then you have to use a remote control valve, rear cylinder and a rockshaft. By the time you get all that plus 3 point linkage bought, Saginaw hitch will look quite inexpensive. Hydraulic valves and cylinders are something I never buy used. Used hydraulic parts are usually for sale because they are someone's junk.
I build 3 point hitches for Super A, 100, 130 and 140, mainly because Worksaver build junk, plus one can get good machanical advantage from the front rockshaft. You can't get that same mechanical advantage on a C, SC, 200, etc. without going to the remote valve and rear rockshaft operated by an external cylinder at back. Differently configured tractor. Saginaw do a good job on that, and no one will compete with them. That is why I don't build hitches for C, SA or 200. Believe me I have cost it out.
