Now back to the main event. Yup.. value is indeed subjective. Value is that condition that marries the PO (present owner) with the PO (prospective owner) at an agreeable price to both of them. What one asks and what one will reasonably get is two completely different critters. What one asks also determines how many folks make an offer.
