I have a U.S.A made replacement on my 1951 M and also on my 1953 Super C. They are made by Vinson and the last one I obtained I think came from Marshall Tractor Parts I believe they are in Tennessee somewhere. I found them on Ebay to start with and have ordered a few other items from them also. Haven't ordered anything recently or cruised Ebay either so don't know if they are still on the site or not. Good luck and my Vinson's are good fits and I believe somewhat improved over the original IH ones in performance if that means anything. Hal
