Could be several things.The first place Id look is the tires and wheels.Look at the tires to see that they are in good shape and all the lugs are tight.Work your way up to the gears.Remove the grill and take off the plate on top of the gear housing.Inspect the gears and remove the steering worm gear and check it out.My bet is those gears are worn out.
