the way your wording is it sounds like your plowing in T.A.that is not what it was desighned for. the TORQUE AMPLIFIER is only to get you through a tough spot for a short period so you dont have to stop and shift gears.just as its name says amplifies the torque.if the ground is to hard or your powering out then use a lower gear.this procedure followed and the ta will last otherwise no .the guys that say ya, you can use them steady have no mechanical conception whats taking place inside their tractor. but just from the sound of it it appears like the clutch is slipping and is due for replacement.
