I agree with the others who are responding to your question as they recommend putting your money into tools and/or an investment account. I'd also vote for saving up for a good education. That would be one of the most important things you can do to guarantee your success in the future.
I doubt the tattoo will benefit you one bit (just my opinion). Personally, I don't wear any tattoos and have been very successful in my career and my family life. (I have earned four college degrees and am still going to school because I love to learn new things.) Sure hope you make the right decision.
