I'm 28 and got a tat on my belly when i was about 20 or 21 seemed cool for a few years but now kinda regret it. If you do do it make sure its in a place know one can see it like i did on my belly. Dont recommend your arm, like people said about employers dont like that stuff if they can see it. On your back shoulder is a good spot but then you cant see it yourself. I've thought about an IH tat cause I've been big IH person since I was about 15, but seems like when your young you go threw phases. Just my 2 cents.
