Did you check the firing order? Bought a 350U awhile back. Man said it was in need of a head. He had just put a ton of money in it. I bought it for a little of nothing and trailered it home. Really just wanted it for parts anyway. Got ot checking and he had the spark pulg wires wrong. Put them on the right plugs and it ran like a champ. Felt really bad and called the guy. Before I could say anything...he yelled a deal is a deal and hung up. Never felt bad after that.
