I would take pictures of all the lousy things and document them with at least one or more witnesses. Talk to a lawyer about pain and suffering during the time involved. Ask for a lot. get you lawyers bill paid and your money back plus some for all the time involved. I'll bet you wouldn'y take that from the A&P or A&E on your cessna. Henry
