The 1586 should have the 7 and 9 set up in it and to my knowledge is the best ya can get . So with out really looking at what all happened i can not say what cause the failure here . It may have been that the linkage is out of adjust ment or bent and not allowintg the valve stem to come up far enough to get the loc up pressure that was needed to loc up the clutches for the Hp. the 15 is putting out or you my have a internal sealing problem causing pressure loss inside and here again not locking up the clutch pac forthe Hp. being put to them . I may be that due to drive line chatter on the PTO shaft to the vac may have walked the snap ring out and the clutch pac came apart . So and R&R of the unit is required .and on a 1586 myself i would set PTO loc up pressure at around 285 295 lbs .. So let us know just what you find .
