I am planning to go tomorrow or Friday to look at a Farmall C a couple of towns over that says in the ad it has a cracked block, apparently visible on the surface, as the engine is still assembled. Is there a rule of thumb for guessing which cracks are repairable and which are not? I have no experience with this problem, so any advice would be much appreciated. The tractor is missing the radiator, hood, grill and one front wheel, but the rear rubber looks good in the photo and it has been stored in a garage for 30 years, I am told. Does anyone have an idea what might be a fair offer to make on it? Thank you very much. Zach
