Pull the top link cover off and look in side and on the right side there is and arm coming up from the bottom and a little spring loaded arm coming down from the top . Put the arm from the top on the back side of the one from the bottom and all will be well. NOW a word of caution wear Gloves as the top arm is spring loaded and the spring is heavy and you can reall slice your fingers . . Myself i have a hook to do that job . I like my fingers .
