I would rather waste money on porcelain or chrome. Prior to WW2, some higher end auto mfgs baked porcelian on their exhaust manifolds. I think Cadilac continued the process until they produced their OHV engine in '49 (?).
I think you will have a hard time finding an applicator. It is very expensive as the ovens in large shops cannot be shut down. Perhaps a small piece like your manifold could be done in a pottery kiln.
Anyway, a colored manifold on a tractor that has been run is not "cool". Hanging fuzzy dice from your tractor umbrella is "kewl" or is it "kuel" Don't forget the blue dot taillight, too
