What is your goal with it? Restore it the way it is for a working tractor? Pretty it up a little? Or do a full on, down to the bolt correct restoration?
Your manifold IS NOT TRASH! Don't toss that one. If you want to replace it, you can put a regular gas manifold on it... but that distillate manifold can be salvaged. They are a lot of work, but I'll take it if you are going to trash it.
