I don't know much about where you could get some 20.8 tires at in Iowa. As far as the Hypermax parts go I have heard that they are fairly expensive. I have heard very good things about them though. Unless you are pulling Pro or SuperStock I would consider trying to pick up some used parts. On various tractor pulling websites there are numerous IH parts for sale. About anything that you would want. Try the following address, they have a lot of stuff for sale:
