The lead from the middle of the filter cover on the hydraulic block is for hydraulic fluid temp. That runs to a gauge mounted near your hydraulic controls.
Your probe for your coolant temp gauge, if the tractor even came with one, will be in one of two places, either in the upper outlet between the head and the radiator or in the lower inlet between the radiator and the crankcase. I'll take a look at the Parts Book here shortly, cause I don't know if they mopved the coolant temp gauge on the super a back to the seat. On the As and Bs, it was mounted to hang off to the side of the governor.
