these look like cotton picker drop downs to me, the difference between high crop and picker type drops is pickers have 2 bull gears inside the drop down which reverses the gearing without doing anything under the deck for high drum pickers,
if there high crop drops it will have 2 gears with big sprocket chain to keep the gearing going forward. the low drum cotton pickers didnt need drop downs and they needed to be reversed by flipping the differential and using the reversed gear shifting forks,
what i have seen people do to make up a high crop tractor is get an M that has the gears reversed under the deck, or get the reversed gear items, then they add the picker type drops which makes the tractor go forward again.
