Did you rebuild the Hydro Block under the Seat???And how far did you get into the Hydra touch valve, It sounds like it kicking into bypass and back again. or maybe you need to adjust your Quadrant arm and its riding on top of the Detent that makes it go up and down. All just guesses but I had them ALL wrong when I rebuilt mine....
