It wouldn't be the first time someone put Super decals on a plain letter series because they thought their tractor was "super" like Superman, as in strong and powerful.
There's nothing saying that someone didn't remove the hydraulics and replace them with one of the many hand lifts available for an A. It could be a Super A, but most likely, it isn't. The only way to tell is to check the serial number and casting codes. If the serial number is over 250,000, and the casting codes are "R" series or later on all the castings, it's a Super A.
