Unless you have reason to think the radiator is somehow especially tender, I suspect you're worrying a little much.
The bolts that support it don't put any real tension of the core or tanks. That leaves the hoses, and as long as the radiator isn't fragile to the point of failure, it shouldn't be a problem slipping the hoses back on and clamping them.
