Could be a sleeve leaking around the seal. You can drop the oil pan & apply 2 or 3 pounds of air pressure to the radiator and look for any drips around those sleeve seals. I would run the tractor for awhile and keep a close check on the oil to see if it contains antifreeze. Look in the radiator with the engine at an idle for any bubbles.
