If mounted near the governor, you will have problems using a 7" pulley on the crankshaft, maybe even a 6" pulley would be too large. I think all the electric clutches for those pumps are 7". I think the V-belts will have clearance problems with the fan shroud if the pump is mounted higher than the crankshaft. Of course, you could cut the shroud.
Perhaps you could install an air conditioner clutch on the hydraulic pump shaft. I dunno. One has to consider if that will provide enough "grab" if the hydraulic circuit is demanding high PSI's.
I'll have to take a look at my 400 to see if something could be worked out.
