Del, remove the gear from the shaft, should be one bolt or pin. A 7/8" headed 5/8" fine thread bolt holds the driving sleeve to the axle, remove it and the driving sleeve. 4 bolts - 3/8" course thread hold the seal retainer to the final drive housing, remove them and thus the retainer. There may be some oil there but it won't be much. You now have all the parts to give to the buyer. You will now need a spacer to replace the job that the sleeve was doing holding bearings in place and a cover to replace the seal retainer. If the buyer's tractor has no drive, it would be handy if he would provide you with his parts to replace yours. If not, don't be concerned, they are plentiful.
