I had the same problem with my Super C. The ball bearings in the actuators were a little rusty, and would stick. I took them apart and cleaned them well. I put just a slight coat of Never-Seize in the slots, and on the ball bearings. I have read other places not to do that.., AFTER I had done this. I've never had any problems with doing this. Just don't over do it.
I have also had them grab in the spring, when they sweat, and cause possibly a little rust on the face of the acutuators. It only does it going forward. I simply put it in reverse, at at an idle, and ride the brakes a bit. Seems to clean them up, and work smooth afterwards.
