Thanks for all the suggestions. I'll have to check the condition of the ramps. As for the adjustment, I have backed them off a ways just to be sure, but I could try backing them off some more. I don't use the brake lock, so that shouldn't be a problem. Could just be that the left side parts are worn more, or the right may have been replaced at one time. My Grandpa bought this tractor new, but was sold to a neighbor about thirty years before we got it back, so who knows what may have been done in the meantime!
