Justin, Look in your yellow pages for neon sign companies (repair/sales). They should be able to repair the neon tube. As far as the frame goes, any good glass shop should be able to repair the frame for you. I doubt seriously direct replacement parts are still available but if they were they would be proud of them (Pricey)..FB
