Use it-- Push or pull the Lever as rapidly as you can from end of travel to end of travel. Do not fr=ether it in or out at all. it will last a long long time. Our 350U is still on its original and it lived with 4 or 5 TA shifts per round plowing for 30 years, as well as snow plowing in 5th TA and shifting to direct while plowing 12" of snow!! No issue. The General GG was made by the Cleveland Tractor Company (Cletrac) of Cleveland, Ohio.
