If that engine has sleeves you probably need to replace the sleeve & piston, but if it doesn't have a sleeve that cylinder probably needs to bored oversize. Its a lot of work to to fix one cylinder and while you have it apart do a complete rebuild. You probably need to have that crankshaft measured for wear too.
