I don't know what exactly that manual is over at SSB. I was told it was the Deere manual SM-2045, but at 50 pages, it can't be. May just be the section on D pumps?
I suspect that only an IH Blue Ribbon pump manual will give you all the specs that are specific to IH tractors.
The complete Deere SM-2045 is around 200 pages and has separate sections. It's an excellent manual for pump repair of all Roosamaster/Stanadyne rotary pumps.
Ford, Case, Oliver, and Allis Chalmers also have detailed repair instructions for the D pumps. My Ford 4000 manual has it, and so does my AC HD4 manual and my Oliver OC4 manual.
Section 1 - diagnois of all Roosamaster/Stanadyne pumps - 13 pages.
Section 2 - DB and JDB pumps, 20 - pages.
Section 3 - DC pumps, 26 pages.
Section 4 - C pumps, 50 pages
Section 5 - Bosch and Scintilla pumps, 20 pages
Section 5 and on - injection nozzles, Waterloo, Bosch, Scintilla, Stanadyne/Roosamaster
