I think you are thinking of "Fast hitch", and IIRC, the M/H didn't have it. The C did. You are wanting to switch from a 3-point to a regular "Draw bar". You should be able to sell that 3-point for enough money to finance it all when you get back. You can buy them new, but they cost a small fortune. You are much better off at the salvage yards. Same for the tranny cover. I'm a salvage fanatic. I've scoured for parts for my H, and have gotten some terrific deals. I hope someone can recommend some in your area.
