Loss of hydraulic pressure

I'm hoping someone out there can help me figure out my problem. When starting my tractor and start using the loader, it works fine for a while and then the hydraulics seem to lose pressure gradually until it is nearly impossible to lift the bucket. The resevoir is full and there are no major visual leaks. You guys appear to have a wealth of knowledge that I could use. Thanks.
