From what I have seen some M's have 10's and some have 11's. You can go two (maybe three) inches larger than your rim. You CAN put anything on there so long as it will seat, but as stated your contact patch will suck.
I think 14.9/15.5's look sweet on an M, but not if you put them on a pizza cutter rim.
