Pull all the spark plugs out and see if it will spin over. Did you by chance leave the gas turned on if you did one or more of the cylinders could be full of gas and that would cause it not to spin over. Or you might have a bad head gasket and have water in the cylinders from that also. Also with the plugs out take a stick or something like that and make sure you do not have water in the cylinders etc. If there dry and it will not turn over fill the cylinders with ATF and let it sit a week or so then after a week see if it will spin over. Be sure you put the plugs back in for that week and pull them back out when you try to spin it over
