I have great running (original) plane jane 300LP. I put on a Saginaw 3pt and trip loader off of my H. I mainly use it for disking the garden and light loader work. I have an opportunity to pick up a leaking, bad tires, non running 350 at a good price... I was thinking I could use some parts for my 300, but I am wondering if I would be happy with the major parts exchange. I know I would like power steering. But is splitting the tractor to install a TA worth the effort? Is a TA really that much of an advantage, or nice to have option? I am not sure I could/would use it. How about the fast hitch (with traction control)? I don't have any 2pt equipment, so if I spent the money for 3pt arms for the fast hitch would I like it as much as my Saganaw? and then there is the IPTO. I have never had one. Are they nice to have and use?
The factory wide front had more weld repairs than I could count.. maby a few salvageable parts.
