are you talking about the front wheels or the rear ? i think you mean the front inner bearing, if so you need a bearing splitter, a clam shell like puller. if you dont care about the bearing you can bang it off with a piece of brass. make sure to heat up the race alittle when putting the new or old bearing back on.
